Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Orders are processed immediately after payment has been confirmed and shipped within an average of 5-7 business days.Orders are shipped all over the World.

2. What carrier(s) are used to ship my orders?

Orders will be shipped UPS Ground, DHL Ground or FedEx Ground.

Note: oversized/overweight orders or shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may require a different shipper. You will be notified once you receive your tracking number.
 

3. Do you provide shipping insurance for my orders?

Yes, our suppliers insure your orders.

 4.Product order questions are best answered via chat and email. Chat lines are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CST. Emails can be submitted anytime and are typically answered within one business day.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. 
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

7. Returns
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Jeff's stores on line, Inc.
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unembellished order, we will replace it or refund your money.

If the order was not processed accurately, the freight costs are on us. We will pay the freight to return the merchandise.

If the order was processed correctly, but your order needs to be returned, you will just pay for the freight to return the merchandise and a $5.00 restocking fee.
